Job Description

Role: ServiceNow GRC Risk Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-12 months

Job Description

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow Risk Management module (Risk Register Risk Assessments KRIs Risk Responses).
  • Work with stakeholders to identify assess and document business and IT risks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration (forms workflows access controls).
  • Ability to create and manage risk indicators (KRIs) and risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with other GRC modules (Policy & Compliance Vendor Risk) is a plus.
  • Good analytical communication and documentation skills.
  • Develop and manage risk frameworks scoring methodologies and risk response workflows.
  • Integrate risk data with Policy & Compliance Vendor Risk and Security Operations modules.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for risk monitoring and executive review.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for the Risk module.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Security Compliance and Business Units.
