ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with residential contractor customers and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and plan customer orders to ensure timely availability for their needs.
- Drive product demonstrations for customers to ensure satisfaction and lead to buying decisions.
- Collaborate with relevant sales and support teams to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor relevant information that impacts product sales and regularly report to the supervisor.
- Address issues and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer visits indepth market information and current situations for the supervisor.
- Demonstrate creativity in developing work processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in administration / business and construction is an advantage.
Relevant experience in project sales construction chemical is a plus.
Driving license and car are required.
