Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

40 hours a week
Monday to Friday 9 am 6 pm PST (includes 1hr unpaid break)

Frontline Administrative Support

We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a frontline administrative role. The ideal candidate will handle email inquiries monitor payments and provide general administrative support. Strong communication organization and typing skills are essential along with experience using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and track payments ensuring timely processing.
  • Manage and organize administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Utilize the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform for customer interactions and workflow management.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling document preparation and general office coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Experience using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
