Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and selfdriven Digital Marketer to join our team and help expand the digital presence of our innovative healthcare transportation platform. This position is focused on building and executing marketing strategies to generate brand awareness drive inbound leads and grow our digital presence—primarily through LinkedIn our website and community outreach efforts. You will work closely alongside our Business Development Manager who works directly with healthcare facilities to help drive sales. Together you will develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging the right audience building brand awareness and growing the company. This is a growth position so we’re looking for someone with drive creativity and a strong sense of ownership who thrives in a fastpaced techsavvy and collaborative environment. The goal is to work with healthcare organizations to streamline transportation logistics and we need you to get the word out!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop a robust content strategy that resonates with healthcare professionals hospitals/inhome healthcare facilities and individuals in need of transportation services while highlighting the value of our innovative software solution.
Create blog posts case studies landing pages social media content and email campaigns to educate our audience on the benefits of our services.
Work with the Business Development Manager to align marketing materials with sales efforts and drive lead generation.
SEO & Digital Strategy:
Optimize our website and content for SEO to ensure we rank for relevant keywords especially in the healthcare and medical transportation sectors.
Leverage Google Analytics and SEO tools to track the performance of campaigns and continuously improve results.
Develop strategies to enhance our paid advertising efforts especially for the private side of the business (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn Ads).
LinkedIn & Website Presence:
Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn regularly posting content engaging with industry leaders and building connections with healthcare professionals and decisionmakers.
Optimize the company website for lead generation ensuring it effectively communicates our software solution's value proposition to potential clients.
Community Outreach & Brand Awareness:
Develop and execute community outreach campaigns to spread awareness about the company’s mission and the software.
Collaborate with local government healthcare and community groups to promote the business and its services.
Raise awareness for our product specifically around the transportation needs of Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries daycare providers and other healthcare sectors.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
Support customerfacing teams to develop marketing collateral that addresses client pain points and demonstrates our tech solutions.
Manage offshore talent to assist with content creation and other marketing initiatives ensuring a high standard of work is produced in a timely manner.
Ownership & Innovation:
Take ownership of marketing campaigns continually assessing their performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Contribute new creative ideas for how to reach more potential customers and expand the company’s digital footprint.
Bring fresh perspectives on how to elevate the brand and engage our target audience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B (preferably in healthcare or a related field).
Proven track record in content creation SEO paid ads (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) and growing brand presence across digital channels.
Experience working with offshore talent to execute marketing strategies is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Wellversed in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs) LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress HubSpot).
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus but not required especially related to Medicare/Medicaid. Interest in understanding/learning the industry is required.
Technologically savvy with a comfort level working with and learning new software tools.
Portfolio & Creativity:
A portfolio showcasing your work is highly preferred whether it’s a collection of writing samples case studies or examples of campaigns you’ve led.
A creative mind with an ability to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with B2B audiences.
Soft Skills:
Selfstarter with a passion for innovation and driving results.
Ability to work independently take ownership of projects and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
