Job Description

Looking for passionate selfdriven and detailoriented individuals who dream big and aim for exponential growth by unlocking new avenues. This role will lead the smartphone divisions product strategy. You will be empowered to think big and break free from barriers. You will be responsible for crafting the complete gotomarket (GTM) strategy for our smartphone products. Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Responsible for the complete GTM strategy and local launch plans for the mobile business.
  • Strategy Presentations: Create PowerPoint business strategy decks for regional and global sessions.
  • Campaigns & Budget Management: Plan and manage trade promotional strategies and budgets.
  • Product Portfolio Strategy: Manage the product lineups pricing and margin strategy. Maintain a detailed product roadmap prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback market trends and business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends competitors offerings and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges. Competitive heat mapping with competitor models.
  • Sales Forecast: Develop SKUlevel weekly sellout forecasts.
  • New Initiatives & Innovations: Identify define and champion new business growth avenues based on market and customer insights.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and key account management (KAM) teams to ensure alignment and effective of GTM plans.

Experience:

  • Minimum 78 years of experience in product management category management or trade marketing with leading MNCs in FMCG or electronics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable institution. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving orientation with the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for datadriven decisionmaking and business results.
