Job Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Business Development the Junior Executive Business Development will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships at the company. This position focuses on expanding business opportunities identifying new markets and formulating strategic sales plans to achieve financial targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering partnerships developing innovative solutions tailored to client needs and contributing to the company s longterm success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct indepth market research to uncover new business opportunities.
Identify generate and qualify potential leads through multiple channels.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Assist in crafting sales strategies proposals and client presentations.
Maintain ongoing engagement with potential clients to nurture business opportunities.
Track analyze and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Management or a related field.
- At least three 3 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing.
- Strong ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and adaptability.
- Excellent attention to detail problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Highly selfdriven capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
