General DescriptionThis position is part of the Port Everglades Operations Division which builds and maintains profitable relationships with key cruiserelated customers. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently and provide a strategic approach to our customer relationships.
Works under administrative supervision supervises the Customer Relations Specialists and ensures they nurture longterm relationships.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business marketing hospitality or a closely related field.
(One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.
Requires four 4 years experience in hospitality tourism cruise services or other guest services related to the area of
assignment.
Special Certifications and Licenses
Ability to secure and maintain a valid Florida Drivers License at the time of appointment and for the duration of employment.
Ability to secure and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification card (TWIC) within 60 days of employment and for the duration of employment.
Ability to secure and maintain a valid Seaport Business Purpose Credential for the duration of employment.
Preferences
Masterss degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business marketing hospitality or a closely related field.
2 years of experience with Cruise Services/hospitality management
3 years of experience as a supervisor
4 years of experience in customer service
