Were looking for a motivated outgoing and community-minded Sales Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our studios growth and create an experience that keeps Wilmington moving. What Youll Do

As our Sales Manager/Assistant Manager youre the engine behind our studios success. Youll lead with passion fuel our growth and deliver a one-of-a-kind experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong fans.

  • Own the sales funnel: Take charge of leads make 50 outbound calls daily and guide new visitors through their journey to membership.
  • Build real connection: Engage with guests understand their goals and recommend the best solutions to support their well-being.
  • Lead and inspire: Motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional service lead by example and foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Handle objections with confidence: Turn concerns into opportunities by keeping conversations focused on value and transformation.
  • Create memorable experiences: Ensure every guest feels welcomed supported and inspired to returnbecause theyre not just joining StretchLab theyre joining you.
  • Drive visibility and growth: Collaborate with ownership on local outreach community events and marketing initiatives to keep our studio top of mind in Wilmington.
  • Maintain operational excellence: Keep the studio running smoothly from CRM follow-ups to inventory and cleanliness.

Who You Are

  • A natural connector with at least 1 year of experience in salesespecially in fitness wellness or service-based roles
  • Goal-driven and energized by performance metrics
  • Confident coachable and eager to grow with a brand thats scaling fast
  • Comfortable managing a team while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations
  • Highly organized especially when tracking leads and follow-ups
  • Passionate about wellness movement and making a real difference in your community
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
