Business Analyst / Project Manager - Capital Markets

The Team
Youll be part of a high-performing team that focuses on delivering mission-critical projects for securities trading and market connectivity. Working closely with traders developers and external stakeholders the team thrives on precision deep market knowledge and a results-oriented mindset.
The Role
This hybrid role combines the strategic mindset of a Business Analyst with the execution-focused skills of a Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects in the capital markets space including system enhancements market connectivity initiatives and trading platform upgrades. Youll gather requirements define solutions manage timelines and ensure successful delivery of high-impact technology and business projects.
The Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in capital markets as a Business Analyst Project Manager or hybrid role
- Deep understanding of securities trading workflows and market connectivity protocols
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to implementation
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with FIX protocol trading systems or market data feeds is a plus
