We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cruise Booking Agent to join our remote team. In this role you will assist clients in booking memorable cruise vacations ensuring every step of the planning process is seamless professional and enjoyable. This is a client-facing support and sales role ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Cruise Booking & Coordination
- Assist clients with researching selecting and reserving cruise vacations
- Coordinate accommodations onboard experiences excursions and transportation
- Manage booking modifications and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
Customer Service & Support
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone email or messaging platforms
- Provide detailed travel information including cruise packages itineraries and promotions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing concerns
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings and preferences
- Send confirmations cruise itineraries and important updates in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cruise lines and suppliers to ensure seamless reservation processes
