Position Overview:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Business Development Executive with sales experience and marketing expertise to drive client acquisition and establish strong industry partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales cycle referral generation and marketing funnels to create sustainable growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify engage and secure partnerships with clinics healthcare providers and industry organizations to drive referrals.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to grow a strong referral network.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and optimize leadgeneration funnels that convert prospects into clients.
DataDriven Strategy: Analyze sales and marketing data to refine outreach strategies and maximize ROI.
Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and partnership pitches.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and track outreach efforts efficiently.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
3 years of experience in business development sales and marketing (preferably in healthcare or telehealth).
Strong understanding of the sales cycle referral generation and client acquisition strategies.
Expertise in marketing funnels digital advertising and analytics.
Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills to establish longterm partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM systems marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
Highly selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
