As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy and directly overseeing sales marketing alignment and customer growth initiatives. Reporting to the CEO youll work crossfunctionally with clevel team shaping the businesss commercial direction and driving sustainable scalable revenue growth.
Tasks
Build & Execute Revenue Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue roadmap across multiple business streams.
- Identify new market opportunities revenue channels and monetization models.
- Lead business growth initiatives including acquisition strategies upsells and partnerships.
Drive Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Build and scale a highperforming sales and performance marketing team driving inbound and outbound strategies.
- Oversee B2B and B2C customer acquisition efforts ensuring conversion rate optimization.
- Engage directly in highvalue deal negotiations securing longterm partnerships.
- Improve customer success driving retention and lifetime value.
Scale Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Collaborate with the CMO to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives.
- Drive demand generation campaigns across performance marketing SEO and affiliates.
- Develop customer retention programs loyalty initiatives and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Collaborate CrossFunctionally
- Partner with the CPO and CTO to enhance product offerings based on market needs.
- Provide the CEO and leadership team with actionable revenue insights and forecasts.
Manage Revenue Operations & Performance
- Develop and monitor key revenue KPIs including ARR MRR LTV and CAC.
- Own revenue reporting providing regular updates to the executive team and board.
- Build scalable processes and leverage automation tools to optimize sales efficiency.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 15 years of experience driving revenue growth in dating adult SaaS platforms or digital ecosystems.
- Proven success in building and scaling highperformance sales and growth teams.
- Strong expertise in both B2B and B2C customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels conversion optimization and performance campaigns.
- Datadriven mindset with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting models.
- Exceptional communicator with experience engaging Clevel clients and stakeholders.
