Role Overview:
As a Trust & Safety Specialist youll be responsible for reviewing usergenerated content enforcing platform policies and addressing user concerns. Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming space by identifying and mitigating risks while staying up to date with emerging online trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate text images videos and links to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Enforce platform policies consistently across all content types
- Manage user appeals providing clear and professional responses regarding moderation decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulations and industry best practices
- Identify patterns and potential risks by analyzing user behavior contributing to proactive moderation strategies
- Suggest improvements to enhance moderation tools and processes for increased efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
