Job Description
Title: Business Technology Specialist
Duration: likely 2-3 months C2H
Onsite Requirements: 4 days/week onsite
- Direct experience with ERP systems - NetSuite specifically
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP complex formulas)
- Experience managing system implementations migrations or integrations (e.g. email platforms CRMs compliance tools)
- Proven ability to gather business requirements write clear documentation and create detailed process flows
- Skilled in UAT planning system testing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Comfortable working with external vendors/consultants to manage timelines and deliverables
- Familiarity with workflow automation and process improvement tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in wine CPG or distribution industries is a plus but not required
