Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Nyack United States! Were looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the face of our company and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and inperson interactions
- Process customer orders returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a customerfocused mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
