Responsible for the recruitment cycle especially with blue collars; specific recruitment processing tasks include: shortlisting candidate CVs against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress, etc.
Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned job requirements.
Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers and communicate them accordingly.
Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the first three months' probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones.
Follow up & review with the technical managers regarding the monthly of the labors and finalizing the recognition process for the blue collars.
Handling the Performance Management system for the blue collars
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional command of the written and spoken English language
2+ years of Experience in Operational recruitment.
