Lead Care Professional
Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
Employment Type: FullTime Contract
Rota: 5day week 9hour availability alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary:

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
Ensure clients receive personcentered highquality services.
Act as a mentor to Care Professionals providing fieldbased support and guidance.
Help improve care quality ensuring our team is wellequipped and confident in their roles.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a care role ideally with leadership responsibilities.
A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive and compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications :
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care. Experience in delivering services.
- Ability to coach and mentor care professional
- Administration experience is required
