Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members in technical guidance and system development.
- Develop and enhance the system following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDL).
- Define and implement scalable secure and highperforming system architectures while ensuring design patterns and best practices are followed.
- Enforce coding standards conduct thorough code reviews and ensure code maintainability security and performance optimization.
- Work closely with product managers UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs.
- Conduct research and development (R&D) to explore new technologies and assess their feasibility for integration into the Mywave application suite.
- Review and execute feasibility studies to evaluate technical and business requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Job Requirements:
- A fast learner with good problemsolving skills.
- Min Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Strong passion in Programming.
- At least 5 years of experience as a programmer or web developer with team leadership experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Proficiency in PHP Laravel React MsSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL Database HTML and JavaScript /AJAX for web development.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
