Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by
identifying and onboarding partners particularly Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the Forex industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nance sales and partnerships with the ability to build strong relationships and promote Vantages trading solutions eectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify onboard and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) aliates and institutional partners to expand Vantages client base.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new IBs and enhance engagement with existing partners.
- Provide IBs with necessary tools resources and support to maximize their performance and client referrals.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Promote Vantages trading platform and services to partners and clients driving deposits and trading volume.
- Educate partners on the advantages of Vantages products trading conditions and promotions to increase conversion rates.
Market Research & Strategy :
- Conduct research on market trends competitors and client behaviors to identify business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnership programs and acquisition strategies.
Compliance & Risk Awareness:
- Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with industry regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Promote Vantages services in a professional and ethical manner in line with legal frameworks.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor key KPIs such as lead conversion trading volume and partner performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related eld.
- Experience in Forex nancial services or sales/business development is a strong plus. (Internships in these areas are also valued.
- Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and eager to grow in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of nancial markets trading or aliate marketing is an advantage.
