Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Executive to act as the companys ambassador representing us to customers both internally and externally. This role involves serving as the primary contact between the company and its employees and customers ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to employees and customers.
- Ensure outsourced employees report on time and manage attendance.
- Enforce compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain employee records and valid contracts.
- Handle disciplinary actions complaints and resolve employee issues.
- Participate in performance appraisals and prepare operational reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Business or relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with the legal framework of Human Resource Management.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word & Excel.
- Membership in a Human Resource Management body is desired.
- Previous experience in employee supervision is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work oncall on weekdays & weekends and odd hours based on shift plans and customer requirements.
