Position Summary:To maximize Distribution Center (DC) efficiency through effective item placement warehouse analysis and maintaining system related logic.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage unslotted inbound items on a daily basis.
- Serve as the Site Subject Matter Expert (SME) relating to slotting of products / items in the DC.
- Maintain product quality and customer requirements meeting all regulations for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) flammability considerations and commodity grouping.
- Balance efficiencies between all aspects of the business (receiving shipping etc. in order to maximize the overall capacity and efficiency of the DC.
- Work closely with Site Leadership to drive productivity capacity reduce damage team performance all while keeping safety in mind.
- Generate retain and execute product location planning distro/allocation sale setup procurement forecasting moves lists seasonality resets and new business based on reports tools and insights provided by operation and corporate teams.
- Monitor manage and suggest modifications as necessary over discrepancies between what the systems and reality is showing related to exception reports slot capacities etc.
- Liaison between DC and corporate functions such as procurement to thoroughly and accurately manage all product dimensional issues & description related issues.
Position Requirements and Preferences:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred MHE Certification (Pallet jack & Lift) & Selector Experience 1 year)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Access experience preferred
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WICS EXE Triceps etc. is a plus
- Has thorough warehouse systems knowledge
- Has general working knowledge of all departments
- Is a selfmotivated critical thinker
