About the Company:
This is a part-time role for a premium merchant services provider an innovative U.S.-based payment processing company known for delivering secure seamless and personalized financial solutions to diverse businesses.
Location: Open to candidates located in the Americas region - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Enter and manage monthly residuals data in CRM systems
- Analyze reports against partner agreements to flag discrepancies
- Accurately calculate and process payouts for referral sources
- Adjust systems to handle unique or evolving payout situations
- (Future scope) Support bookkeeping functions as the role grows
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Sharp analytical skills and unmatched attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to read agreements and translate them into payout logic
- Residual or commission reporting background is a major plus
- QuickBooks knowledge fast-track to more hours and responsibilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comfortable working close to EST hours
