- Cut bag and lift bags of damaged drywall carpet pad and debris.
- Move heavy equipment in and out of vehicles and into buildings.
- Safely move contents into secure storage.
- Source materials and equipment needed on job sites as requested by Crew Chiefs.
- Assist in cleaning job sites postdemolition.
- Follow established safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Be available to work oncall as needed.
- Work around approved chemicals safely without adverse reactions.
- Ability to use and maintain hand power and truckmounted tools.
- Ability to learn and apply work procedures effectively.
- Strong planning organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to read and interpret written and oral instructions.
- Effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Capability to safely move and relocate heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work varying hours or shifts.
- Teamoriented with the ability to collaborate with colleagues contractors and clients.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to apply safe work methods.
- Possess a valid Ontario GClass Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal check before employment begins.
