Job Description
- Sniegt tehnisko atbalstu dizaina komandai paldzot ar tehniski saretiem uzdevumiem programmatru un rkiem tostarp strdjot ar sples kodu/blueprintiem;
- Nodroint praktisku atbalstu mksliniekiem un inenieriem attiecb uz resursu veiktspju un validciju paldzt risint sples problmas un kdas;
- Izstrdt un integrt mkslas nodaas procesu automatizciju;
- Pc pieprasjuma veidot sples resursus un vidi (spt paldzt spu mksliniekiem viu uzdevumos slaicga kapacittes trkuma gadjum);
- Zinanas par rakstura animciju (spja redit un attrt animcijas);
- Izstrdt un uzturt tehnisko dokumentciju komandas lietoanai;
- Sekot ldzi esoo un nkotnes grafikas programmatras un aparatras tendencm un metodm;
- Piedalties dizaina apsprieds komandas sapulcs ideju eneranas sesijs;
- Aizvietot kolus viu atvainjumu slimbas lapu un citu prombtnes gadjum. Aizvietoana notiek darba laik un netiek uzskatta par papildu darbu;
- Sadarboties ar izstrdtjiem dizaina komandu un ieinterestajm pusm;
- Uzturt projektus un skaidri komunict piegdes termius;
- Pabeigt darbu pirms noteiktajiem termiiem.
- Provide technical support to the design team assisting with technically challenging tasks software and tools including working with the game code/blueprints;
- Provide handson support to artists and engineers in regard to asset performance and validation assist in solving ingame problems and bugs;
- Development and integration the process automation of the art department;
- Game asset and environment creation on request (be able to aid Game Artists in their tasks in case of short capacity);
- Character animation knowledge (to be able to edit and clean animations);
- Process and support technical documentation for team usage;
- Stay up to date on trends and methodologies in current and future graphics software and hardware;
- Participate in design reviews team meetings brainstorming sessions;
- Replace colleagues during their vacations sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time and it is not considered as additional work;
- Collaboration with developers design team and stakeholders;
- Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
- Complete work prior to deadline.
Qualifications :
- Profesionl vai bakalaura grda iegana dizain/multimdijos ir liela priekrocba;
- Augsta lmea angu valodas prasmes gan mutvrdos gan rakstiski darbam starptautisk vid.
- Ldz 3 gadu profesionl pieredze spu izstrd;
- Zinanas par Unreal Engine ir OBLIGTAS. Pieredze ar citiem dzinjiem tiks uzskatta par priekrocbu;
- Prliecinoas zinanas par Unreal Blueprints ir OBLIGTAS;
- Spja last C kodu ir OBLIGTA; spja programmt C valod ir liela priekrocba;
- Skriptu veidoanas prasmes Python/Maxscript ir liela priekrocba;
- Zinanas par vismaz daiem modelanas rkiem 3ds Max/Maya/Houdini/Blender utt.;
- Stabila pieredze darb ar Adobe Suite rkiem (galvenokrt Photoshop un Substance produktiem);
- Stingra izpratne par mkslas un animcijas cauruvadiem;
- Zinanas par skulptru veidoanas rkiem piemram Zbrush vai ldzgiem izpratne par WebGL Corona Render neironu tkliem piemram Stable Diffusion ir priekrocba;
- Izcilas starppersonu prasmes lai risintu atirbas starp radoajm un tehniskajm komandm;
- Spja veidot ststu dus vai prvrst idejas dizaineriem un citiem;
- Radoa domana problmu risinana aizrautba un uzmanba detam;
- Izpratne par iGaming industriju.
- Professional or bachelors degree in design/multimedia is a strong advantage;
- Advanced English language both verbal and written;
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in game development;
- Knowledge of the Unreal Engine is a MUST. Other engine experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Confident knowledge of Unreal Blueprints is a MUST;
- Ability to read C code is a MUST; ability to code on C is a strong advantage;
- Scripting skills in Python/ Maxscript is a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of at least some of modeling tools 3ds Max/ Maya/ Houdini/ Blender/ etc);
- Solid experience in Adobe Suite Tools (Photoshop and Substance products mostly);
- Solid understanding of art and animation pipelines;
- Knowledge of sculpting tools such Zbrush or similar/ understanding of WebGL Corona Render neural networks like Stable Diffusion is an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with differences between creative and technical teams;
- Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
- Creative thinking problemsolving passion and attention to details;
- Understanding of iGaming industry.
