What You’ll Do:

Duties:
To discharge the required responsibilities a Digital Learning Advisor & Client Experience Lead shall ensure consistent application of the Firm’s policies and procedures to:
- Maintain a portfolio of accurate client records and ensure timely communication and followup.
- Liaise with the research and intelligence team to identify quality clients to engage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular checkins with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure client invoices are duly provided in line with DL policies.
- Work with Client Experience Consultant to provide weekly and monthly Client Experience reports.
- Record client feedback and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Work with clients to drive adoption of our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services to existing clients.
- Notify client about new products and services.
- Prepare and make presentations to clients.
- Prepare expressions of interest and proposals.
- Assist in clients and internal assignments.
- Provide call reports based on notes taken during client engagement meetings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our client success strategies and tactics.
Knowledge And Experience/Qualification Requirements:
- Tertiary education and a higher degree or professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years working in similar role.
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes and tactics.
- Knowledge of current and expected changes in business that will impact on her/his area of specialisation.
- Good knowledge of proposal and report writing.
- Expert in own area of technical expertise.
- A track record of progressive achievement and advancement.
- Certificate in Customer Experience Management will be an advantage
- Experience in selling Learning and Talent Development Software solutions will be an advantage.
What Success Looks Like:
- Achievement of annual revenue target for West Africa.
- Attainment of 100 renewal of annuity clients.
- Timely invoicing of clients.
- No of opportunities for new or repeat business with existing and prospective clients.
- Delivery of quality work on a timely basis.
- Regular collation of client feedback and provision of suggestions in line with data gathered
