Manage a portfolio of business accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Drive revenue growth through upselling cross-selling and client retention strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with digital product solutions.
Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding.
Monitor KPIs prepare reports and track progress against goals.
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success is mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive analytical and customer-first mindset
Team-oriented attitude and adaptability to dynamic environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) is a plus
Base Salary: 1760/month x14 payments/year
Performance Bonus: Monthly based on individual and team results
Meal Vouchers: 50/month
