- Refine adapt and activate the Business Lines (LB) Customer Experience strategy into a structured engagement plan aligned with the sales team.
Customer Journey Optimization
- Customize omnichannel customer journeys and personas to fit the local market.
- Identify key activation levers to drive customer acquisition consideration preference conversion and retention.
Stakeholder Coordination &
- Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders including marketing sales commercial communication digital teams MSEM local agencies and online/offline partners.
- Oversee the implementation of engagement plans at regional and territory levels.
Content & Asset Utilization
- Optimize content and assets for local market needs ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
CRM & Customer Data Management
- Develop and leverage customer databases to enhance CRM programs supporting initiatives such as upselling crossselling and retention.
Performance Analysis & Improvement
- Provide feedback and strategic recommendations to the sales team to improve customer engagement.
- Identify challenges and implement corrective actions at regional and territory levels to optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications :
- 2years Of Experience In Telesales Strategy Project Management Or Consulting With Strong Analytical Business Acumen And Problemsolving Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills To Develop Frameworks And Set Priorities Sql Skills Preferred But Not Required
- Strong Business Sense And Ability To Articulate Complex Analysis Results To A Wide Range Of Audiences And Translate The Results To Actionable Business Insights
- Have Good Presentation Skills Esp. The Ability To Present During Problem Solving Session With Other Stakeholders (workinglevel Or Leadership)
- Solid Track Record Of Stakeholder Management
