This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity and requires 23 days of onsite work in Denver!
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Business Analyst to support the implementation of our marketing platforms and define key audience segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools data analytics and experience in aligning technology with business needs. This role will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing IT and data analytics to ensure the successful of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the requirements gathering and analysis for marketing platform implementations ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define audience segments develop customer profiles and ensure that the marketing platform supports these needs.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide insights into audience behavior and campaign performance.
Assist in the design testing and deployment of marketing automation tools and platforms.
Develop and document business processes user stories and system specifications for marketing initiatives.
Work with IT teams to integrate marketing platforms with other business systems (e.g. CRM ERP).
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for marketing platform users.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented platforms identifying areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides for marketing teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on marketing platform implementations.
Proven experience in audience segmentation customer profiling and targeting within marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing technologies such as CRM marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar project management software.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a proactive solutionsoriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data modeling and database management.
Familiarity with A/B testing personalization and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of marketing strategy and digital advertising trends.
