Job Description

Job Location: Pune / Gurgaon

Job Title: M/SM Transition Manager Banking/ Mortgage


Job Responsibility:

1. Ability to support RFI/RFP management Solutions design & Transition

2. Have responsibility for the project management of selected transitions or segments thereof from the point the work is identified to the point it is handed over to the Operating team

3. Support new centre build outs and other selected programs perspective where work is being transitioned to

4. Efficient in project management process transitions prepare project plan (both detailed & high level) volume ramp plan QA QC plan communication plan governance plan

5. Ability to foresee critical risks at Solution & Transition stage 6. Understanding of contractual documents such as NDA MSA SOW LOE etc and ability to draft the documents in consultation with Legal Risk & Compliance IT Infra Operations Finance and other teams

7. Effective Stake holder management both internal and at client side

8. Work with operations leaders for approvals on hiring pricing and contract terms specific to ops

9. Work with training team for KT plan preparation implementation certification
