Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate Germanlanguage content across various social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok etc..
• Ensure all content complies with company policies community guidelines and ethical standards.
• Proactively identify and flag inappropriate harmful or offensive content and take appropriate actions in line with guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries comments and posts in a professional friendly and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across social media channels.
• Escalate complex issues and handle customer feedback in a constructive and timely manner.
• Analyze trends and patterns in community interactions providing valuable insights to improve engagement and content strategies.
• Perform regular audits of social media content to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on current social media trends platform changes and content moderation best practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive online community by encouraging respectful and meaningful interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience in social media moderation content moderation or a related role is a plus.
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for community engagement and content moderation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with users in a positive and respectful manner.
• Ability to handle sensitive content and moderate discussions in a calm and tactful way.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically while managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in both onsite and hybrid work setups.
