Hybrid working setup in Mandaluyong
- Must have experience in recruitment and B2B marketing
- Ecommerce or similar industry experience preferred
- PR/media background/partnerships is an advantage for this role
- On B2B: must be knowledgeable with Performance marketing & ads strategy to drive B2B leads
- On Recruitment marketing: must have background on employer branding creating JDs to attract candidates
- Performance reporting and dashboarding experience is a required
- Quality communication skills and strategic mindset
- Must be creative and resourceful in ads and campaigns needed in the role
