Drives digital marketing plans for the hotel & 3 F&B outlets
Assists to strategize and execute the hotels digital marketing communication plan and campaigns on a timely manner.
Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Supports corporate (Accor) and brand on digital marketing initiatives.
Supports hotels operations with cross marketing opportunities leveraging on hotel and brand databases.
Management of hotels websites & microsites and all customer touch points.
Manages vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and best-in-class customer journeys
Manages content for hotel main website microsite email marketing display advertising and standalone websites for Food and Beverage outlets as well as OTAs.
Ensures SEO and SEM synergies across all websites.
Drive e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
Works hand in hand with Revenue Management & marketing team on management of OTAs communications.
Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities in the premium/lifestyle segment ensuring accurate and timely communications onto platforms.
Drives social media awareness
Manages supervises and/or create content for hotels social media platforms and drive engagement.
Management of social media agencies to ensure optimisation of content engagement.
Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programme to drive hotels awareness in the social media space.
Manages hotels online Reputation
Oversees online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
Other Responsibilities
Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotels operations and business objectives.
Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervising action plans for improvements where needed.
Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Management Marketing Communications or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing E-Commerce / Digital Marketing preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
Excellent English both verbal and written
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM social media marketing content creation and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and META Business etc.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts strategy and best practices
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent copywriting storytelling and visual communication skills
Experience working with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations is a plus
Based on the needs of the job he/she may require to work beyond normal working hours PH and weekends.
