Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
- Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email
- Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients
- Build rapport listen clarify and manage conversational flow
- Helped customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend
- Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues Meet and/or exceed quotas
Job Specifications:
- Excellent customer service skills At least a year of work experience in the call center industry
- Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Advanced organizational skills At least 1 years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading
- Proficient in both Thai and English languages.
- Highly selfmotivated
- Working knowledge of CRM systems Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Must have a high degree of professional ethics and integrity and be a team player
