Job Purpose
Primarily responsible for planning managing and supervising the implementation and operations of the department including but not limited to formulation development establishment and implementation of a set or sets of policies guidelines and procedures that shall govern the programs management and operation of the department.
Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the staff and operations of the department
Maintains and improves the departmental plans systems
Formulates develops establishes and implements policies guidelines and procedures of the department
Develops and manages a pool of external service providers (ESP) for corporate service requirements
See to it that the department provides reliable and quality reports data information and services
Performs other jobrelated projects as may be assigned from time to time
Tasks
Reviews and approves reports done by the Valuation Specialist Valuation/Product Manager ESP
Prepares and submits periodic reports to management on the production and performance of the staff and ESPs
Screens prospective employees and ESPs
Prepares annual budget
Provides technical support training and seminars to the other departments
Coordinates with the other departments and ESPs
Reviews and signs Letters of Engagements
Reviews and signs Payment Requisition Form
Represents the department in meetings (Committees KRA MANCOM)
Performs fieldwork
Minimum Required Education/Professional Licensure/Certifications
Graduate BS in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer
Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
Minimum Required Experience
At least 15 years of experience in real estate property appraisal 5 years of which is managerial and last position as Division Head. At least 5 years with a bank.
