Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for reviewing the reports from the External Service Provider/s (ESP) and if called for shall do fieldwork or the whole valuation process.

Responsibilities

  • Provides fast efficient delivery of quality reports

  • Assists the Product Manager in monitoring the assignments and submission of reports of the ESPs including ratings

  • Assists the Product Manager in coordinating with other departments

  • Assists the Product Manager in providing technical support training and seminars to other departments and ESPs.

  • Recommends process enhancements to improve VCID Systems database.

  • Performs other jobrelated projects as may be assigned from time to time.

Tasks

  • Uploads reviews and approves reports from the ESPs.

  • Submits periodic reports on his production and performance

  • Submits periodic reports on the performance of the ESPs

  • Serves as resource person in trainings seminars

  • Maintains a database of current and quality market data comparables

  • Holds a record of all activities daily

  • Conducts inspection and appraisal credit investigation property audit and other propertyrelated fieldwork and tasks.

  • Attends department meetings and other official meetings and presentations as needed

Minimum Required Education/Professional Licensure/Certifications

  • Graduate of BS in Engineering

Minimum Required Experience

  • At least three 3 years of experience as a real estate property appraiser

Skills Attributes Required

  • Good oral and written communication (Filipino and English)

  • Can deal effectively with people at all levels

  • High level of professionalism integrity and commitment to quality output

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Able to multitask organize prioritize and meet deadlines

  • With initiative and cando attitude

Special Technical Skills Required

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
