Job Description

What we want:
We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Executive with 0 1 Years of experience in IT Service industry.

What you will do:
Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research social media and networking events.
Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads by gathering relevant information and determining their fit with the companys offerings.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and followup actions in the company s CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics including conversion rates lead sources and campaign performance.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in lead generation sales or a related role preferably in the Lead Gen or IT services company for at least 6 months..
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and other lead generation tools.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and identify key decisionmakers within target organizations.
SelfMotivated: Driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets on a daily basis.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively on multiple lead gen tasks with the sales and marketing teams.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry] and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
