The role

We created a new role for a Group Contract Administrator to sit in our Major Capital Projects Team. This team is tasked with managed an exciting pipeline of projects to help shape the future transformation of Crown. This role supports with the procurement element of this team who manage all of the contracts and tendering for the projects. This is a great entry point into learning about a fast paced an interesting area of our business. You will be responsible for;

  • Maintain and update projects procurement schedule 
  • Assisting with tenderer pre qualification checks risk assessment and Confidentially Agreement. 
  • Prepare and cooridination Request for Tender (RFP & RFT) documentation
  • Assisting with the tender evaluation process and reporting
  • Support the Commercial Managers with supplier onboard
  • Collaborate with the wider Procurement team and internal business units to identify and track supplier due diligence requirements
  • Assisting the Major Capital Projects procurement team with Change Order and Change Request assessment and approval process

About you

To be successful in this role you will be an energetic team player who is diligent and organised. Experience working with contracts or tenders would be ideal but not essential as the team can bring you up to speed. Some experience in administration in a corporate environment is essential. You will also have;

  • Undergrade and/or Degree qualified in a Law / Construction / Business or commerce degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work with stakeholders
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage priority of workloads
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with shifting responsibilities
