Position Description
Account Management:
- Understand profiles of new campaigns.
- Knowledgeable of the profiles of the existing campaigns.
- Following through on the approved contractual requirements and pay of the roles.
- Continuously calibrates on profile/hiring process for each LOB.
- Partnership with Supervisors and Ops HMs.
- 100 Fulfillment of account hiring requirements
Stakeholder Management/Client Management
- 100 Fulfillment of account hiring requirements.
- Ensures that followthrough on the agreed process and profile is in place.
- Determines what updates are essential and necessary.
- Knowing who the stakeholders are what do they need what they expect
- Has good understanding of the business effectively works on the implemented recruiting strategies.
Reporting and Analytics
- Followthroughs on reports which stakeholder should be updated on.
- Accurate reporting format including essential information and data.
- Can clearly discuss and articulate provide objective of the report trends and outcome of the data
- Uses the analytics data to make recommendations to address gaps or optimize output
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Must have a proven track record in managing a recruiting team in a BPO or in a related industry
- Developing and implementing strategic process in line with profiling and recruiting
- Formulation review evaluation and improvement of recruitment processes policies and tools to achieve staffing goals and maintain quality
- Partnering with hiring managers in determining staffing requisitions to improve quality of candidate endorsements through proper solution and guidance on profiling as aligned in the business need.
- Knowledgeable in applicant tracking process and systems and competencybased system methods
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
