We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to oversee key client relationships and drive business growth in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated sales leader with a proven track record in achieving sales targets nurturing longterm client relationships and leading successful teams in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key customers in Riyadh ensuring consistent engagement and business development.
Regularly visit clients to maintain strong relationships and drive sales growth.
Utilize expertise in the chemical paints and construction industry to identify opportunities for expansion.
Oversee supplier relations procurement and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Lead and mentor the sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
Track and analyze sales performance providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing product development and customer service teams to enhance the overall sales process.
Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
Ensure timely followups and resolution of customer issues maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and budgets.
Contribute to the development of new products or solutions based on customer feedback and market analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (or a related technical background).
At least 5 years of sales experience in the paints and construction sector in Riyadh working with manufacturers or distributors.
Strong knowledge of chemical products and their applications in the industry.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Excellent negotiation communication and business development skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
