Job Description

Our client is a fast growing experiential marketing agency in Lagos that handles several multinational accounts having
been recognized for excellent delivery and their capacity to provide lasting value they are well positioned to dominate the
experiential industry. Due to expansion they are in need of a HEAD PEOPLE & CULTURE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance across all People & Culture functions acting as a mentor and coach to staff.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization s mission and business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape company culture and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of progressive HR policies and ensure best practices are followed across all teams.
  • Lead change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations and fostering resilience among employees.
  • Supervise the HR Generalist function ensuring effective recruitment workforce planning and compliance with labor laws.
  • Drive the standardization and optimization of HR processes ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee relations conflict resolution and overall people management strategies.
  • Oversee HR analytics leveraging datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and improve workforce planning.
  • Champion a strong and inclusive workplace culture that fosters innovation collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee Culture Specialist initiatives ensuring programs promote diversity equity inclusion and employee wellbeing.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs that strengthen people management capabilities within the organization.
  • Design and implement recognition programs that enhance employee motivation and retention.
  • Oversee the Talent Growth function ensuring structured career development and leadership programs are in place.
  • Lead succession planning efforts identifying and developing highpotential talent for future leadership roles.
  • Implement learning and development initiatives that support continuous upskilling and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in HR leadership roles with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic HR position.
  • Professional certification in HR (CIPM SHRM HRCI or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in coaching talent development and organizational culture transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and change management principles.
