Responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization s personnel. Also developing recruitment strategies implementing systems for managing staff benefits payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities
Manage the staffing process including recruiting interviewing hiring and onboarding
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensure the organization s compliance with local state and federal regulations
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Partner with Management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business objectives
Maintain HR systems and processes
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 13 years experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS office
Experience with human resources information system
Knowledge of HR core competencies
Communication and Presentation
Excellent analytical reasoning and problemsolving skills
