We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Consultative Sales Advisor to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving consultative sales strategies to promote our insurance products and services. This role requires a strong background in marketing sales and consulting to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored insurance solutions. The Consultative Sales Advisor will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue through proactive sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement consultative sales strategies to promote insurance products and services
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales marketing and consulting within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
Salary: $
Work Experience: 13 years
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Salary: $50,000-72,000 Required Skills: Sales and marketing Market penetration If you are a dynamic and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
