Overview: retailcloud is seeking a seasoned Java Technical Architect to lead the design and development of our largescale backend systems. As a key member of our engineering team youll drive architectural innovation mentor developers and ensure the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Location : Kozhikode / Calicut Kerala
Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases.
Work on minor bug fixes enhancements and small feature implementations.
AI & Productivity Enhancement:
Explore and use AIdriven coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.
Be open to experimenting with AIpowered automation in development workflows.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with senior engineers for guidance and mentorship.
Understand business and technical requirements by collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Willingness to help the team in any challenges and contribute to team success.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge in Java OOP Data Structures & Algorithms
Basic understanding of Spring Boot & REST APIs (academic or project experience preferred).
Exposure to SQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL etc..
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and good communication.
