Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru India. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in customer service and support within a fastpaced business environment. As a Customer Success Intern you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Assist the Customer Success team in managing customer inquiries and requests via phone email and chat
  • Help maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Participate in customer onboarding processes and followup communications
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation
  • Analyze customer feedback and help identify areas for improvement in our products and services
  • Support the team in organizing and conducting customer training sessions and webinars

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
