Purpose Statement
We are seeking a resultsdriven and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As the sales account manager you will play a crucial role in driving our investment credit and retail unit meeting and exceeding sales targets and increasing revenue. You will utilize your strong sales experience to generate leads build relationships with potential clients and close sales.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling prospecting and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
Focus on deposit mobilization securing highvalue deposits and expanding the company s investment portfolio.
Identify acquire and retain clients for credit and BNPL offerings ensuring high conversion.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets ensuring continuous business growth.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm engagement.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to optimize product offerings and client engagement strategies.
Track and analyze sales performance preparing reports to assess progress toward revenue goals.
Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to boost product adoption.
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Economics Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an account manager or in a similar sales role preferably in the FinTech and financial services industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets particularly in deposit mobilization credit or retail products.
Strong understanding of financial products including investment lending and digital payment solutions.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills to acquire and retain highvalue clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends customer needs and competitor strategies.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both corporate and individual clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
