Job Description
As a Training Coordinator intern you will support a global project (CP Core). The goal of the project is to replace the current SAP system with a new SAP S4 Hana system. The role will help those not involved in the day to day delivery of SAP S4 Hana project to be able to seamlessly transition between systems with confidence through providing them visibility and knowledge about the new system.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Administrative support for project team
- Training content (not the material creation) and video management video editing
- Training plan delivery support arranging and coordinating training activities for instructor led sessions across the various finance functions and regions. Ensuring invites issued right trainers attending materials locations know to trainers and trainees ensuring the correct attendees are included
- Tracking the training participation reporting via elearning tool and helping coordinate training feedback from sessions.
- Hypercare ad hoc training coordination liaising between regional FP&T leads Training core team and TTTs to facilitate required sessions when requested.
- Support the CP Core EU/HQ FP&T team In coordination and tracking of UAT status status reports
- Support the CP Core Training Coordinator (Finance) in coordination creation and conversion of training materials for relevant delivery channels (elearning short form video.
Qualifications :

- Ongoing fulltime studies preferably in these fields: HR Communication and Media Marketing
- Video editing experience is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 2025 hours/week
