Job Description

We are seeking a Country IT Director to join our client a rapidly expanding company in the logistics and supply chain sector with a strong regional presence. In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s technology vision and strategy while leading a growing IT team. The ideal candidate is a forwardthinking leader with a proven track record in information technology a passion for innovation and the ability to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts to improve operational efficiency enhance customer experience and support business growth.
  • Oversee IT operations including infrastructure applications cybersecurity and data management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that deliver business value.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and best practices in IT governance and security.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team and across the organization.
  • Manage IT budgets resources and vendor relationships to optimize technology investments and performance.
  • Define and implement the company’s IT roadmap including system upgrades integrations and new technology deployments.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies procedures and standards to ensure data security system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and lead the IT team providing guidance support and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions and vendors that align with the company’s needs and budget.
  • Ensure the availability performance and scalability of IT systems to support business operations.
  • Drive cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard the company’s data systems and networks from threats.
  • Stay updated on technology trends advancements and best practices to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and driving technology innovation in a multilocation environment.
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure applications cybersecurity data management and data protection practices.
  • Excellent strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
  • Handson practical leadership style with a focus on delivering results.
