Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to develop implement and manage internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in corporate communications content creation and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to coordinate messaging across various channels and ensure consistency in brand communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to enhance engagement and brand consistency
- Draft and edit corporate communications including newsletters press releases presentations and reports
- Collaborate with various departments to align messaging and communication strategies
- Coordinate and manage company events meetings and training sessions
- Maintain and update communication materials ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Assist in crisis communication planning and when necessary
- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for improving communication strategies
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications public relations or a similar role
- Excellent writing editing and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in coordinating internal events and corporate initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
