Job Description

Responsibilities
- Monitor local market pricing and report weekly
- Call on assigned accounts at least once every two weeks and maintain reports on all sales engagements and submit to manager
- Target new potential customer for parts service and body shop
- Initiate surveys share results with department managers to improve customer happiness
- Maintain company vehicle as required and keep vehicle clean at all times
- Assist in maintaining the parts department inventory
- Deliver parts to customer in accordance with purchases
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Experience with truck parts inventory preferred.
- Knowledge of heavyduty/medium duty truck inventory
- Good written and oral communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Strong listening skills as they relate to workload time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
- Effective problem solving conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
