Job Title: IT Sales Hunter/Business Development

Summary
8 years Hunting/BD experience with a Tier II (or Tier I) Systems Integrator / IT Outsourcing firm selling Application Development / Support Testing Consulting Services in North America.
Must be based in the NYC metro (NJ/NYC) Chicago IL or Dallas TX
Proven and demonstrable experience in acquiring new accounts and growing
Responsibilities
Skill and Experience Requirements:
Strong Hunter profile with a proven track record of success in opening new accounts and selling technology consulting integration & outsourcing services into banking financial services.
Demonstration of a consistent sales revenue growth and new logo acquisition
At least 5 years of experience in selling IT services within the region preferably working in a leading IT services & products firm with experience of working with offshore teams
Demonstration of thought leadership and understanding of Insurance business
Must be a proactive Dealmaker and not a reactive OrderTaker
Ability to create and nurture Clevel relationships.
Strong local contact base and access to alumni local associations industry associations within the region.
Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
Experience of working on opportunities run by Third Party Advisory Firms such as ISG TPI Aquaterra etc
Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services consulting enterprise solutions
Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with seniorlevel business and technology executives
Great communication skills both written and spoken
Good understanding of insurance domain and Digital space (Automation AI/Ml CX IoT etc)
Experience crafting large deals covering cloud infra and traditional AMS space
Team player with experience in working with presales marketing solutions and delivery teams.
Must be able to hit the ground running by creating a GTM plan and following it aggressively.
Travel Requirements
The candidate is expected to travel regularly to regional client locations support business development sales presentations contract negotiations engagement implementation and ongoing relationship building.
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree required.
